About LOGIN – Our Story
Back in the tail-end of the 90s merger mania era, telecommunications companies bought each other up, creating larger and larger corporations to compete for dominance in the then-emerging broadband technology sphere. While these companies got bigger, they didn’t get better. By 2001, there remained zero quality B2B internet providers in the Tucson market. Customers of big internet service providers suffered an infuriating lack of customer service and were left with the feeling that they were on their own.
We knew we could do better. So we did.
Time to LOGIN
Our company began with personal relationships, like all good, lasting endeavors. Over the years, we developed tons of invaluable experience and contacts in the B2B internet service world. These contacts later became our customers. Along with some good friends and family to invest in our mission, we launched Login with the goal of becoming Southern Arizona’s only real solutions-focused service provider. This meant not only being competent and cost-effective, but also delivering the exceptional customer service missing from the big providers. Being a local provider allowed our customers to physically drop by our office to ask questions if they wished (which they often do). And when they called our offices, they’d hear a…get this… real human’s voice.
Tucson Born & Bred
After 18 years of growth that saw us expand into data, phone, and network solutions and extend further across Southern Arizona, our heart — and our headquarters — remain in Tucson. Between the fabulous weather, friendly people and tight-knit community, there’s no place quite like it. After nearly two decades of operating out of the city, we love it more than ever and could never imagine leaving.
